About GPS
The GPS aims to bring together all geographers by building a supportive, academic, and social community within the department. The executive team works together year long planning events, compiling resources and representing undergraduate students.
Know your world
Geography is a university-wide discipline that brings together facets from all faculties. Geography teaches students how to apply their interests spatially and to the world at large. Learn more about the Geography Department  and find courses that interest you through GeoClass (Coming Soon!!).
How to get involved
This year, the GPS will be introducing Open Meetings. All students, staff, and faculty are welcome and encouraged to attend meetings. By attending meetings you will be able to:
  • Learn about upcoming initiatives and events within the GPS
  • Pitch your own ideas for consideration
  • Raise concerns and field questions for the GPS to pursue with the department
  • Meet fellow geographers and become involved in the community!
